**Position Overview**:
As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for contacting leads, managing sales calls, creating invoices, and overseeing shipment logistics for closed sales.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English is required; knowledge of Tamil is an additional advantage.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a phone-based sales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential customers from provided leads and convert them into sales through effective phone communication.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Create invoices for clients accurately and efficiently.
- Manage the shipment process for closed sales, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.

Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
