IT Tele caller is not working from home and It is proper work from the office we will provide you 15 days training, related to our company.

As a Tele caller, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely. You are also responsible for solving questions regarding the IT Software product or service provided by our company.

In addition to this, you should collect desired information from the clients and maintain healthy relations with them.

you have to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to persuade customers to purchase companies' products and services.

you have to also generate leads for outside sales teams, manage customer accounts, and promptly resolve customer complaints.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering phones and explaining the IT products and services offered by our company.

Contacting existing clients as well as prospective clients using scripts.

Obtaining client's information and other relevant data.

Asking questions to the clients and understanding their specifications.

Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.

Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.

Taking and processing IT Software product orders professionally.

Maintaining the database of the clients regularly in your spreadsheet/Excel sheet given by the company.

Suggesting solutions based on clients’ needs and requirements.

Assisting in resolving clients’ complaints/disputes.

Providing A to Z information to clients.

Closing sales deals.

Keeping a record of calls and relevant details/Updating client's details.

Determining a client's business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable.

Attending initial sales meetings and meeting the client.

Decide whether the software or hardware needs adapting to meet the client's needs.

Answering any technical questions, the client might have

Day-to-day order fulfillment, tracking, and customer care follow-up.

**Requirements**:

- 1. Should be Graduation completed.

2. 2 years experience in the IT sector as a Tele caller, Telemarketer in the IT sector/professional certification sales and digital marketing will be an advantage.

3. Proper Knowledge of software, Angular, Native Android apps, iOS apps, Python, Website development, and Application Development

and WordPress, Bootstrap, HTML, JS, and CSS.

5. Works well independently and is good at time management.

6. Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.

7. Outstanding problem-solving skills.

8. Comfortable with lead generation.

9. Comfortable with Office work.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
