**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Listen to customer queries, understand their concerns, and provide accurate solutions.
- Maintain customer records and update information in the CRM/system.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department or higher authority.
- Meet performance targets for customer satisfaction, call quality, and productivity.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and process changes.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **Education**: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (any discipline).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English/Hindi or regional language as required).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing skills, internet navigation).
- Good listening skills and ability to handle pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts (if applicable).
**Preferred Skills**
- Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or a BPO environment.
- Multilingual abilities.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and call center systems.
