**About the role**
- Experienced Enterprise Business Systems professional. Responsible for managing or performing work associated with digital business analysis.
Support IT Infrastructure related activities and control service level met business requirement.
- To provide Infra support to all business users in India and Thailand. Co-ordination with Haier and CCR HQ

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Application support**
- Responsible for the coordination, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of various business systems and databases
- Works cross-functionally to understand business requirements and proposes Digital solutions.
- Coordinates, configures, develops, tests and deploys new and existing systems for optimal use.
- Coordinates trainings on systems for relevant end users.
- Coordinates sales force effectiveness digital initiatives across the organization.

**Infrastructure support**
- Hands and feet for Network connectivity issues and Server Room with support from Vendor.
- Desktop and Laptop Configuration, Problem resolution and Error handling
- Support in helping setup of the IT infrastructure (Office LAN and Voice Cabling, Patching of Switches etc.)
- Running of the IT infrastructure related new projects at Corporate and Branch Offices.
- Working Knowledgeable on Laptops/Desktops and Video Conferencing.
- Printer configuration and setup and support to users.
- Co-ordination with Application teams to resolve user issues.

**Minimum Requirements**
- BE with 5-7 years experience in IT infra/ Product Support
- Requires advanced knowledge obtained through a University degree, combined with experience
- Practical to substantial knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work
- University Degree or equivalent
