**Responsibilities**:

- Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure systems on Azure cloud platforms.
- Develop and implement automation tools and processes to streamline deployment, configuration, and monitoring of infrastructure components.
- Perform capacity planning, performance analysis, and optimization to ensure optimal resource utilization and system reliability.
- Develop and maintain monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems to proactively identify and resolve infrastructure issues.
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to infrastructure incidents in a timely manner.
- Continuously improve infrastructure reliability through root cause analysis, post-incident reviews, and implementation of preventive measures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in infrastructure automation and reliability engineering.

**KEY QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES**:

- 5 - 7 years’ experience in Infrastructure engineering roles
- 1-3 years’ experience as Site Reliability Engineer or similar role, in a global organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Customer service: experience working with users to understand and resolve issues
- Strong proficiency in architecture principles, cloud native designs and technologies, automation and orchestration frameworks and practices
- Hands-on experience with IaC and automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible
- Proficiency in Python, Scripting YAML, Microsoft DevOps, Terraform (IaC), Bash, etc.) for automation tasks.
- High level of proficiency with performance and scalability on Azure cloud platforms
- Experience working with edge compute and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing observability, across complex cloud workloads and technology stacks.
- Demonstrated experience working with various cloud native technologies and services including compute, storage, networking, security and data services.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) tooling and practices.

- Key external relationships: External vendors, partners and service providers.
- Travel: as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹7,500,000.00 per year
