Job Description: Marketing Executive - Resort

Position Summary: We are looking for one of our Group Company Clover Greens Pvt Ltd an Marketing Executive who has resort experience.

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting the resort's brand, driving online and offline visibility, and supporting sales through strategic marketing initiatives. This role requires a creative thinker with a good grasp of digital marketing, content creation, and event promotion, ideally within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote room bookings, events, dining experiences, and seasonal offers.

Manage the resort’s social media platforms, including content planning, posting, and engagement.

Coordinate with design teams and vendors to produce marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and digital creatives.

Liaise with online travel agencies (OTAs), influencers, and media for collaborations and promotions.

Assist in organizing and marketing in-house events, festivals, and weekend activities.

Track campaign performance and prepare reports on reach, engagement, and conversion.

Ensure brand consistency across all communication and marketing channels.

Update and optimize resort listings on Google, OTAs, and other directories.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.

1-3 years of experience in hospitality marketing or a similar role.

Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation, and basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
