Personal Assistant

**Role Objective**:
To provide **comprehensive administrative and secretarial support** to the reporting manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enabling them to focus on strategic and critical tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**:1. **Administrative Support**
- Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and appointments.
- Organize travel arrangements (tickets, hotels, transport).
- Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-ups for meetings.
2. **Communication & Coordination**
- Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
3. **Documentation & Reporting**
- Maintain files, records, and important documents in proper order.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and MIS data.
- Track deadlines and ensure timely submission of reports.
4. **Event & Task Management**
- Coordinate company events, workshops, or CSR activities (if applicable).
- Monitor daily tasks and ensure smooth workflow for the executive.
- Follow up on action items and pending tasks with other departments.
5. **Office & Time Management**
- Screen phone calls, inquiries, and requests, responding where appropriate.
- Prioritize tasks to optimize the executive’s time.
- Handle last-minute schedule changes efficiently.
**Key Skills & Competencies**
- Excellent written & verbal communication (English & local language).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Professional, discreet, and trustworthy with sensitive information.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Graduate in any discipline (Business Administration preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,074.67 - ₹25,000.00 per month
