**Designation : Virtual Assistant**
**Location**: Surat, Gujarat
**Experience**: 0-1 Years
**Shift Timings**:
9:30 PM - 6:30 PM ( Night Shift )
06:30 PM - 04:30 AM ( Night Shift )
**Week off**: There will be no weekend offs; instead, one weekly off will be scheduled during weekdays
**Mandatory Skills**:
Ø Must have strong command on English Language
Ø Strong on Communication
Ø Detail Oriented
Ø Analytically strong
Ø Must be able to manage Timely deliverables
Ø Problem solver
**Responsibilities**:
Ø Provide administrative and customer support services remotely
Ø Respond to customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Ø Assist in managing and organizing digital files and documents
Ø Provide recommendations for improving customer experience
Ø Develop reports and presentations using MS Suite
Ø Perform other tasks as assigned
