**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Assist employees with photocopying work, organizing documents, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure efficient document arrangements and maintain organized filing systems.
- Responsibly deliver items to various locations as required by employees, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Collaborate with HR, Management, Leaders, and admin staff to assist in the organization of events, including setup, coordination, and cleanup.
- Support in the procurement process by assisting with purchasing tasks and coordinating the dispatch of materials to designated locations.
- Coordinate with head office related matters.
- Complete the assigned task on time.
- Keep updated records and files.
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
- Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
**Requirements**:
- Ability to effectively organize documents, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate document arrangements and delivery of items.
- Good communication skills to interact with employees and effectively deliver items to various locations.
- Willingness to collaborate with different departments and contribute to the smooth functioning of administrative processes.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
