sales Responsibilities:

- Achieving Sales Targets: One of the primary responsibilities is meeting or exceeding sales

targets. This often involves developing sales plans, identifying potential clients, and closing

deals.
- Customer Acquisition: This includes identifying new markets and customer segments,

generating leads, and converting these leads into customers.
- Relationship Management: Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients is

essential for long-term success. This includes regular communication, understanding client

needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Marketing Responsibilities:

- Market Research: Conducting market research to understand consumer behaviour,

industry trends, and competitor strategies. This helps in identifying opportunities for growth

and developing effective marketing campaigns.
- Brand Management: Building and managing the company’s brand is a critical

responsibility. This includes creating brand awareness, ensuring brand consistency, and

managing the company’s image across various platforms.
- Campaign Development: Developing and executing marketing campaigns that align with

the company’s goals. This could include digital marketing, content creation, and

advertising.

General Responsibilities:

- Team Management: Leading and managing a team of sales and marketing professionals to

achieve the company’s objectives. This includes setting goals, providing guidance, and

evaluating performance.
- Budget Management: Managing the budget for sales and marketing activities, ensuring

resources are allocated effectively and campaigns are cost-efficient.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of (0-2) years of experience in sales or marketing is required
- Exceptional sales and customer service skills
- Brilliant presentation skills
- Skilled at negotiation and problem-solving
- Strong communicator, both verbal and written

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
