**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Identify potential markets and new business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and branding initiatives.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets regularly.
- Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company’s products and services.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in polymers, chemicals, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop strategic partnerships and close deals.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital marketing tools.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of polymers and plastics industry and Home appliances products and Rubber Molding.
- Ability to analyze market data and create effective strategies.
- Leadership qualities with a proactive approach.
