Duration: 3-4 months

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Assist the EPR Operations Team: Support the team in implementing and managing Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) initiatives, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.

2. Manage EPR Guideline Documentation: Organize, update, and maintain documentation related to EPR guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

3. Manage Client Data: Collect, analyze, and maintain client data pertinent to EPR operations, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

4. Assist the Digital Marketing Team with Blogs: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content related to EPR and sustainability for the company's blog and other digital platforms.

5. Support the Sales Team: Identify and provide prospective client information from existing data to assist the sales team in expanding the company's client base.

**Qualifications**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Studies, Environmental Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in data management and analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Excel.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles is a plus.
