**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee waste management activities and ensure compliance with Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) regulations.
- Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and standards, particularly in plastic waste management.
- Implement strategies for effective plastic waste management and contribute to initiatives aimed at reducing plastic pollution.
- Conduct on-ground plastic audits.
- File EPR authorization on CPCB and EPR Portal, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate the onboarding of plastics and e-waste recyclers, ensuring compliance with the necessary checklist.
- Work towards achieving circular economy and zero waste to landfill certification for the organization.
- Maintain communication and compliance with state and central pollution control boards.
- Assess, evaluate, and monitor sustainability and EPR projects to track progress and ensure effectiveness.
- Track, analyze, and communicate regulatory updates, assessing their impact on the company and identifying opportunities.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote sustainability awareness through training and communication initiatives.
- Assist the team with compliance work, operate computers and portals, use MS tools, Excel, and data entry work.
- Prepare reports and submit them on the portal.
- Maintain a track record of each work and task, ensuring completion within timelines.
- Ensure the office is organized at the end of each day and records are accurately updated and stored responsibly by company policy.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in plastic waste management and environmental compliance.
- Good Excel and office skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work within a team and independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in preparing and submitting reports on portals.
- Ability to conduct market research.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other office tools.
