**Job Description - Business Development Executive (BDE)**

**About the Role**
We are looking for an energetic and driven **Business Development Executive (BDE)** to join our team in Pune. The role involves generating leads, building relationships, and selling **digital marketing services** (SEO, social media marketing, paid ads, content marketing, etc.) to different businesses across industries.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities in the Pune market.
- Sell and promote **digital marketing services** to SMEs, startups, and enterprises.
- Understand client requirements and propose customized DM solutions.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships to ensure long-term growth.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Represent the company in meetings and presentations with clients.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and competitor offerings.
**Skills Required**:
- Excellent **communication, negotiation, and convincing** skills.
- Strong knowledge of **sales techniques** and client handling.
- Ability to explain and pitch digital marketing services to non-technical clients.
- Networking and relationship-building in Pune business community.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
**Qualifications**
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales/business development preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.
- Prior exposure to selling digital marketing or IT services is a plus.
