**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Event Design Creation**:

- Design graphics, layouts, and visual assets for event branding, including signage, banners, stage designs, backdrops, invitations, and promotional materials.
- Ensure designs align with event themes, client branding guidelines, and the target audience.
- Develop custom event collateral such as brochures, posters, programs, and digital presentations.
- **Collaboration with Event Teams**:

- Work closely with event managers, production teams, and clients to understand the event concept and objectives.
- Translate client needs and event goals into engaging visual concepts.
- Collaborate with other designers, 3D artists, and the technical team to ensure designs are executed efficiently.
- **Adaptation for Different Media**:

- Prepare and adapt designs for various formats including print, digital, and large-scale graphics for event venues.
- Optimize designs for different media and platforms, ensuring consistency across all event materials.
- **Branding and Visual Identity**:

- Develop creative concepts and visual identities specific to each event, ensuring brand consistency.
- Design event collateral with attention to detail to enhance the overall guest experience.
- **Vendor Coordination**:

- Coordinate with vendors, such as printing companies or AV providers, to ensure timely production and delivery of event materials.
- Provide production-ready files and oversee the execution of designs in physical spaces.
- **On-Site Design Support**:

- Attend events as required to oversee the setup of your designs and provide support if any adjustments are needed.
- Ensure all design elements are properly executed and presented at the event.
- **Post-Event Support**:

- Assist with post-event debriefs and the evaluation of design effectiveness.
- Gather feedback and incorporate learnings into future projects.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as a 2D designer, with a focus on events, branding, or marketing (at least 2 years in a similar role within the event industry).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
