Job Title: 2D Designer

Location: Gurugram

**Job Type**: Full-Time

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Experience Required: 2 to 4 Years

CTC: ₹3.5 LPA
- Design and develop high-quality 2D artwork for retail branding, POSM, events, and activations.
- Convert 3D renders into 2D production-ready files (CDR) for printing and fabrication.
- Ensure accurate measurements, scaling, and finishing specs while adapting 3D views into 2D formats.
- Collaborate with 3D designers, production, and client servicing teams to understand briefs and deliver design outputs on time.
- Modify and adapt existing designs as per client feedback or production constraints.
- Maintain a consistent visual tone aligned with the brand's identity and campaign goals.

Skills & Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience as a 2D designer in a retail, BTL, or advertising agency.
- Proficiency in CorelDRAW is a must, especially for creating print-ready artwork.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Proven ability to interpret 3D designs and create corresponding 2D printable layouts.
- Detail-oriented with strong layout, typography, and color sense.
- Ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude. Preferred Background
- Experience in BTL marketing, retail branding, or exhibition/event design will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with production materials and printing processes is a plus.
