Revit Draftsperson (2D to 3D Conversion + Client Presentations)

**Job Description**:
We are looking for a talented and confident Revit Draftsperson who can not only handle technical drafting and 2D-to-3D modeling in Revit, but also present their work to clients and help win projects. This is a dual-role position requiring strong Revit skills along with excellent communication and presentation abilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Convert 2D drawings (AutoCAD or PDFs) into detailed and accurate 3D Revit models.
- Prepare high-quality visual presentations and walk-throughs for clients.
- Present design concepts, model progress, and technical workflows to clients during project proposals or initial stages.
- Coordinate with internal teams and incorporate client feedback into models.
- Ensure Revit models follow company and industry BIM standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in Autodesk Revit and 2D-to-3D modeling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident in client-facing roles.
- Experience preparing and delivering technical presentations.
- Ability to explain design concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented with a solid understanding of architectural or engineering drawings.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Background in architecture, civil, structural, or MEP design.
- Experience with AutoCAD, BIM 360, or Navisworks.
- Previous client-facing or business development experience is a big plus.
