**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare architectural drawings and plans using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent).
- Interpret architectural concepts and sketches into technical drawings.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure designs are accurate and feasible.
- Revise drawings based on feedback from clients, architects, and project managers.
- Maintain drawing documentation and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Assist in preparing presentation drawings and project documentation.
- Ensure timely delivery of drawings for various stages of projects.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience as an Architecture Draftsman.
- Proficiency in CAD software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar.
- Strong understanding of architectural design and construction principles.
- Knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software.
- Familiarity with project management tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
