**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes across **Indian, Chinese, and Tandoor cuisines**.
- Ensure **taste, quality, presentation, and consistency** of food.
- Manage kitchen operations efficiently during peak hours.
- Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times.
- Control food costs, reduce wastage, and ensure optimum utilization of ingredients.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth operations.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff as required.
- Ensure adherence to standard recipes and portion sizes.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **3-5 years of culinary experience** in Indian, Chinese, and Tandoor cuisines.
- Ability to work under pressure in a **fast-paced environment**.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food hygiene, and safety standards.
- Team player with good communication and leadership skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
