**Job Description: Office Admin**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls.
- Provide customer support over the phone when required.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain and update records, files, and documents.
- Assist in preparing reports and other documents.
- Perform data entry and other duties as assigned.
- Help resolve any operational or service-related issues.
**Requirements**:
- **Excellent English communication and writing skills.**:
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle calls with clarity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,124.39 - ₹15,000.00 per month
