**Job Title: Admin Officer**

**Employment Type: Full-time / Contractual**

**Job Summary**:
The Admin Officer will support the smooth and efficient operations of the organization by managing day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining systems, and providing logístical and operational support. The role is critical in ensuring that the non-profit’s mission-driven activities are backed by a well-organized, functional office environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Office Administration**:

- Manage routine operations including office upkeep, utilities, and supplies.
- Ensure the office is well-maintained and conducive for work.
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and facility requirements.

**2. Documentation & Filing**:

- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems.
- Maintain records of bills, letters, contracts, MoUs, and organizational documents.
- Support documentation for audits and reporting purposes.

**3. Support for Program and Finance Teams**:

- Assist in logístical arrangements for workshops, trainings, and field visits.
- Coordinate with finance and HR teams for admin-related compliance.

**5. Travel & Logistics**:

- Manage travel bookings and accommodation for staff, volunteers, and guests.
- Support in organizing meetings, trainings, and events.

**Desired Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Relevant experience, preferably in the non-profit or development sector.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written) in English and local language.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
