**Qualifications & Skills**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. MBA in Operations/Supply Chain/Finance would be preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in procurement, with at least 5 + years in a Capex procurement role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, regulatory compliance (GMP, FDA), and Capex project management.
- Negotiation Skills: Proven experience in high-value contract negotiations and supplier relationship management.
- Analytical Ability: Strong financial acumen, budgeting, and cost-control experience.
- Project Management: Experience managing large Capex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external stakeholder management.
- Problem Solving: Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to manage risks effectively.
- ERP Proficiency: Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
