
Admin & Logistic Coordinator

To be wholly and entirely responsible for all coordination and smooth processing for all samples and sales related matters
- To make sure items reach the destination on time if not sooner than needed
- To distribute all necessary items to different stakeholders (including but not limited to samples, invoices, kits, marketing materials)
- To keep records for all logistics (including but not limited to samples, invoices, kits, marketing materials)
- To produce and rectify pro forma invoices
- To make invoices, receipts, acknowledgement letters (or other documents) and distribute the same
- To maintain records for blocks and kits, and initiate when at reorder levels
- To coordinate with sales and other HO staff for different aspects for smooth operations
- To work closely with Accounts/Admin especially for vendor management and marketing material coordination
- Preparing empty diagnostic kits and courier activities
- Printing and dispatching Reports, Invoices and receipts
- Maintaining Daily various sheets
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
