Roles and Responsibilities:
## 1. **Sales Panel Management**:

- **Listing Products**: Create and manage product listings, including writing descriptions, adding images, setting prices, and ensuring they meet platform requirements.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and update stock levels, ensuring product availability on all platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra).
- **Order Monitoring**: Track orders across different platforms and ensure that they are processed correctly and promptly.

## 2. **Order Dispatching**:

- **Order Processing**: Review and process incoming orders from the platforms, ensuring that they are correctly entered into the dispatch system.
- **Shipping Coordination**: Work with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- **Packing and Labeling**: Ensure the proper packaging of products and accurate labeling for shipment.
- **Tracking and Updates**: Provide tracking details and status updates for dispatched orders to customers and platforms.

## 3. **Customer Calling & Support**:

- **Customer Queries**: Handle customer calls and inquiries regarding orders, product details, or complaints, offering timely and efficient solutions.
- **Issue Resolution**: Address and resolve issues like wrong product delivery, refunds, returns, or cancellations.
- **Feedback Management**: Collect customer feedback and ensure follow-ups are made for complaints or returns.

## 4. **Platform Compliance & Performance Monitoring**:

- **Policy Adherence**: Ensure adherence to each platform's guidelines, including packaging standards, returns policy, and other platform-specific rules.
- **Sales Performance Tracking**: Monitor sales performance, track product ratings, reviews, and handle any issues affecting the product’s visibility or sales.
- **Promotions Management**: Implement and monitor promotional campaigns, discounts, and flash sales across platforms.

## 5. **Coordination with Internal Teams**:

- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with other departments like inventory, procurement, and customer service to streamline operations.
- **Reporting**: Provide daily/weekly reports on sales, order dispatch, inventory levels, customer complaints, and other operational metrics to management.

These responsibilities ensure smooth operations across multiple e-commerce platforms, focusing on customer satisfaction, order accuracy, and operational efficiency.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,600.13 - ₹33,972.10 per month
