**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Making PR for request received from internal stakeholders
- Making PO for PR created for R&D, IT, Marketing, site ops and other team
- Releasing PO to supplier for material required and get material within required timelines.
- Getting vendor registration documents from new supplier and register them in system
- Supplier sourcing as per specs shared by requester.
- Order acknowledgement and ensure timely delivery of materials at Unbox Robotics.
- Resolution of any issues during the GRN or receipt of materials in SAP.
- Reject material disposition with suppliers.
- Coordinating with finance team for timely payment to supplier
- Working with logistics team to get shipments from domestic suppler and provide required documents
- Ordering mechanical parts like Sheet metal, Machining parts and other bought out items
- Daily monitoring of POs sent and their ETA to plan development activities"

**Requirements**:

- Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS excel
- Basic mechanical process knowledge"

**Good to Have**:

- Fluent in multiple languages - Marathi, Hindi, English
- Students from motorsports/Robotics participants are preferred."
- Desired Qualification: BE in Mechanical Engineering
- Work Experience: 0-6 Months
