Job Summary:
As a Purchase & Store Executive, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data into the Tally ERP software. Your role will primarily focus on data entry tasks related to the purchasing processes. You will work on accurate and timely data entry and maintain purchasing records.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter purchase orders, invoices data into the Tally software with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper storage and organization of goods.
- Implement appropriate inventory control measures to minimize losses and maximize efficiency.
- Verify the accuracy of purchase orders, invoices and related documents before entering them into the system.
- Maintain and update purchasing records and data entry.
- Generate reports, summaries, and other documents based on the entered data to assist in monitoring and analyzing purchasing activities.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to data entry or purchasing records.
- Communicate and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to obtain missing information or resolve data-related problems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
