**(Urgent Hiring)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **3D Modeling**: Create detailed 3D models for characters, environments, and props based on project requirements.
- **Rigging**: Set up rigs for characters and objects to allow for smooth and natural movement.
- **Animation**: Create high-quality animations for characters, objects, and effects, adhering to project style and requirements.
- **Lighting & Rendering**: Set up scenes with appropriate lighting and render settings for high-quality outputs.
- **Collaboration**: Work with the creative team (artists, designers, and developers) to ensure the project's visual elements meet the intended vision.
- **Problem Solving**: Address technical challenges and implement creative solutions in the production pipeline.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in 3D design and production.
- **Software Proficiency**: Proficient in industry-standard 3D software such as Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, ZBrush, Cinema 4D, Substance Painter, etc.
- **Animation & Rigging**: Experience in character rigging and animation.
- **Rendering**: Knowledge of rendering engines like Arnold, V-Ray, Redshift, or Unreal Engine.
- **Texturing**: Skilled in creating textures using Photoshop, Substance Designer/Painter, or other texture creation tools.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of 3D work, including modeling, texturing, and animation.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail, with an eye for aesthetics and a good understanding of scale and proportion.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with other departments.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **VFX Skills**: Experience with visual effects creation, particle systems, and simulations.
- **AR/VR Experience**: Familiarity with creating assets for augmented reality (AR) or virtual reality (VR) platforms.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
