**3D Game Artist**:
**Responsibilities/Domain**:

- **3D Modeling**: Create high-quality, stylized 3D assets, including characters, props, and environments, using Blender.
- ** Texturing**: Develop textures that complement the fantasy theme using tools like Substance Painter, Photoshop, or Blenders texturing tools.
- ** Rigging**: Rig character assets in line with animation requirements, including appropriate weight painting.
- ** Optimization**: Ensure assets are optimized for mobile platforms without compromising visual fidelity.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with game designers, concept artists, and developers to integrate 3D assets seamlessly into the game engine.
- ** Pipeline Management**: Help establish and improve workflows and pipelines for asset creation and integration.
- ** Thematic Expertise**: Maintain visual consistency and ensure the assets align with the games Indian mythology-inspired fantasy themes.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 34 years as a 3D Artist in a gaming studio.
- ** Software Expertise**: Proficiency in Blender for modeling and texturing; familiarity with tools like Substance Painter or Photoshop is a bonus.
- ** Technical Know-How**: Basic understanding of asset integration into Unity.
- ** Artistic Flair**: Strong grasp of stylized art with attention to detail in modeling and texturing.
- ** Optimization Skills**: Experience optimizing assets for performance on mobile platforms.
- ** Team Player**: Strong communication skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.

**Bonus Qualifications**:

- Experience working on fantasy-themed games or games inspired by Indian mythology.
- Knowledge of creating assets for Unity, including light baking, LODs, and shader implementation.
- Animation skills.
- Familiarity with other 3D tools like ZBrush, Maya, or Houdini.
- Experience shipping mobile games or working on AA/AAA titles.

In-Office in **Bangalore**.
