**Job summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create photo-realistic 3D model with superior build quality and look & feel
- Maintain consistently high standards for accuracy, aesthetics, and productivity

**Basic qualifications**:

- 3+ years of Professional experience working in a fast-paced 3D production environment
- Must demonstrate an understanding of technical art production and end-to-end modeling, UV unwrapping, texturing and rendering
- Fast turnaround on complex hard-surface and organic modeling is a must
- Highly proficient in rendering and retouching 3D renders to accentuate photo-realism
- Proficiency in Maya, Adobe Photoshop and with highly proficient in ZBrush, Substance Painter and other relevant software

**Hiring Criteria - Mandatory skillset**:

- o Technical knowledge and skill: _
- Ability to define and break-down 3D production pipeline process
- Ability to exhibit thorough knowledge on 3D model, look and feel development
- Ability to scrutinize 3D model under different conditions
- o Aesthetics and visualization Skill: _
- Ability to visualize and interpret 2D shape to 3D forms.
- Ability to validate space, perspective and proportion
- Ability to conceive color, texture, patterns, lighting condition and relate material attributes with 3D software workflow
- Ability to perceive live photographs and apprehend photo-realistic images
- o Communication Skill: _
- Ability to understand and communicate using 3D terminologies
- Ability to analyse, articulate and write a critique on 3D creations
- Ability to collaborate, discuss the visual interpretations and perception

**Interview process**:
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Night shift
