A Civil Foreman is a supervisory role on construction sites, responsible for managing crews, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining safety standards. You are expected to coordinate daily activities, delegate tasks, and ensure that the work complies with plans and specifications, while also mentoring and training workers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision**:
Directing and managing construction crews, delegating tasks, and ensuring work is done efficiently.
- **Safety**:
Enforcing safety protocols, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- **Coordination**:
Coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.
- **Planning & Scheduling**:
Developing work schedules, coordinating materials and equipment, and managing daily activities.
- **Quality Control**:
Inspecting work, ensuring it meets quality standards, and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- **Training & Mentoring**:
Providing training to crew members, mentoring and supporting their development, and ensuring they have the skills needed for the job.
- **Reporting**:
Regularly reporting project status to supervisors and other stakeholders.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
