**Job Description
- BGV Operation Executive**
**Location:
- Noida**
**Experience:
- 1 + years**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Review documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
- Track and manage the status of documentation for ongoing background verification cases.
- Maintain accurate records of all documents collected, ensuring proper storage for future reference.
- Manage and update case management systems, ensuring all information is entered accurately and promptly.
- Work closely with the Case Management team to resolve issues and ensure cases are processed efficiently.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all sensitive documentation and information.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the management team regarding case progress and documentation status.
- Conduct Employment Verification, Education Verification.
- Must have end-to-end Portal Knowledge to process Criminal Verification.
- Lead Generation - Coordinate with the client to understand their BGV inquiries for business growth.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies in documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
**Personal Attributes**:
- Proactive and results-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently when required.
- High degree of integrity and professionalism, with a strong commitment to confidentiality and data security.
