**Position**: BGV - Operation Executive
**Location**: Noida Sector 63 (On-Site)
**Experience Required**: Minimum 2 Years

**Salary** - Upto 30k

**Job Summary:

- Conduct end-to-end background verification including:

- Employment history
- Educational qualifications
- Address verification
- Criminal records
- Reference checks
- Identity verification
- Review and analyze documents for authenticity and raise red flags when necessary.
- Perform timely follow-ups and escalate unresolved issues to concerned departments.
- Ensure all verifications are completed within defined TAT (Turnaround Time) and meet quality standards.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive and accurate verification reports to clients.
- Update internal tracking systems and dashboards with the latest status and documentation.
- Adhere strictly to data protection and confidentiality norms during the verification process.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:

- **
- Minimum 2 years of experience in BGV/Verification/Operations roles.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of compliance and data privacy protocols is an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
