The Role:
POC / Team Lead – BGV

We're looking for a
client-focused leader
who can own delivery, guide teams, and strengthen relationships in the
Background Verification domain.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Handling:
    Be the face of IISERVZ for client communication and delivery.
  • Data & Report Quality:
    Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency in reports before client delivery.
  • Team Leadership:
    Mentor, guide, and motivate the team to exceed performance expectations.
  • Operational Excellence:
    Drive adherence to TATs, resolve issues proactively, and maintain smooth coordination with internal teams.
  • Multi-Tasking:
    Balance client needs and operational efficiency in a high-pressure environment.
