**Field Sales Executive - Retail Sales (Mustard Oil)**

Area Sales Manager / Sales Head
**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Visit retail outlets (kirana stores, supermarkets, wholesalers) daily as per beat plan.
- Promote and sell mustard oil SKUs (500ml, 1L, 2L, 5L, 15kg packs).
- Execute retailer onboarding: order booking, display setup, and branding material placement.
- Collect orders and coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team for timely delivery.
- Achieve daily sales targets (order quantity/value) and maintain minimum productive calls per day.
- Educate retailers on product benefits, offers, pricing, and schemes.
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotions in the market.
- Maintain accurate and timely reporting through sales trackers and CRM apps.
- Collect feedback from retailers and address grievances by coordinating with the internal team.
- Ensure collections/payments are done as per company credit terms (if applicable).
- Represent the company brand professionally in the field.
- **Education**: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
- **Experience**:
- 1-3 years of field sales experience in FMCG (preferably edible oils, food products, or similar category).
- Freshers with strong field orientation and hunger to earn incentives can also apply.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Understanding of retail market dynamics and distributor/retailer handling.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Basic smartphone usage for reporting and tracking.
- **Other Requirements**:
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory).
- Familiarity with local geography and routes.
**Performance KPIs**:
- Daily productive retail calls
- Order volume and value achievement
- New retailer onboarding numbers
- Repeat order frequency and retailer retention
- Market feedback quality and competitor insights reporting
**Compensation & Benefits**:
- Fixed Salary based on previous experience
