Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for evaluating and analyzing client requirements and preparing outline cost estimates for projects and products.
- To prepare detailed bill of quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates for projects using CAD Software and excel.
- To review and validate BOQ and cost estimates provided by design team.
- To minimize cost of a project and enhance value for money while still achieving the required standards and quality.
- To prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities, general conditions of contract, special conditions of contracts, etc.
- To prepare cost break up for individual items considering base price and associated overheads to determine appropriate unitized cost for a product or product assemblies.
- Bachelor’s degree in interior designing or architecture.
- Min 03-04 years of industry relevant experience from hospitality or modular furniture.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus
