**Job Title**: Store Keeper (Garments Industry)

**Location**: Patparganj Industrial Area, Delhi

**Reports To**: Warehouse Manager / Operations Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of raw materials, finished garments, and other supplies.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and product movement, ensuring inventory data is up-to-date.
- Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
- Identify and report discrepancies or damage in stock to management.
- **Storage & Organization**:

- Store garments and raw materials in a safe, organized, and accessible manner, ensuring all items are clearly labelled.
- Ensure all goods are stored according to industry standards, taking into consideration fabric types, sizes, and materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store area to prevent damage and ensure easy access to goods.
- **Order Fulfilment**:

- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring all items are accurately selected, packed, and labelled.
- Ensure that garments are properly packed to prevent damage during transportation.
- Coordinate with the production team and warehouse staff to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
- **Stock Replenishment**:

- Monitor stock levels of key materials and garments, initiating reordering when necessary.
- Collaborate with purchasing and procurement teams to ensure the timely availability of materials.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure that all garments and materials meet quality standards before being stored or dispatched.
- Perform regular inspections of goods to check for defects or damage and report any quality issues to the relevant department.
- **Record Keeping and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and detailed logs of stock movements, receipts, and dispatches.
- Generate inventory reports on stock levels, usage patterns, and discrepancies for management review.
- Ensure all stock records are updated in the inventory management system and reconcile them regularly.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**:

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations regarding storage and handling of materials.
- Ensure that safety measures are followed during the receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods to minimize workplace accidents.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient stock handling.
- Assist in managing and organizing the warehouse team to improve operational efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Store Keeper, Warehouse Assistant, or in a similar role, preferably within the garment or manufacturing industry.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Knowledge of garment storage and handling procedures is a plus.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
