**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a diligent and organized Store Keeper to manage the inventory and ensure the smooth operation of our fashion store. The Store Keeper will be responsible for receiving, organizing, storing, and issuing fashion merchandise while maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring the store is always well-stocked with the latest collections, and supporting the overall store operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive and inspect deliveries of fashion products, ensuring that items are in excellent condition and match the accompanying documentation (e.g., purchase orders, invoices).
- Organize merchandise on the shop floor or in the stockroom by category, size, color, and style, ensuring easy accessibility and neat arrangement.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all stock, including products that are sold, transferred, or returned.
- Regularly monitor stock levels and reorder items as necessary to maintain adequate inventory levels in line with store demands.
- Ensure proper stock rotation, checking for damaged, outdated, or expired stock and reporting it to the management team for action.
- Assist in the visual display of merchandise on the sales floor by arranging and replenishing clothing, footwear, and accessories as required.
- Prepare products for sale, including tagging, folding, and ensuring items are neatly presented.
- Issue stock to sales staff as required and ensure proper documentation is maintained for stock issued or returned.
- Conduct periodic stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and report findings to management.
- Ensure the store's backstock and storage areas are organized, tidy, and comply with company safety standards.
- Collaborate with sales and management teams to ensure the store is always fully stocked with bestsellers and seasonal fashion items.
- Assist in managing store promotions, ensuring promotional items are stocked and displayed correctly.
- Handle any returns or exchanges of fashion items, ensuring proper procedures are followed.
- Maintain proper documentation of inventory transactions and provide regular reports to management on stock levels and stock movements.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring that the store’s storage and stock handling practices meet required standards.
- Assist in the unloading and loading of merchandise during deliveries or transfers.
- Assist with seasonal inventory checks or end-of-season clearances, ensuring products are properly accounted for.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Retail Management, Fashion, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Store Keeper, Inventory Controller, or Stock Associate in a fashion or retail environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of fashion merchandise, retail inventory systems, and stock control procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (MS Office or similar) and experience with inventory management software.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with sales teams, suppliers, and management.
- Physical stamina to handle and move products, including lifting clothing racks, boxes, or heavy stock as needed.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, depending on store needs.
