**Job Title**: Real Estate Telecaller

**Job Location**: Thane(Mumbai)On-site

**Shift Timings**: UK Shift (12PM TO 9PM)
Working Days - Mon to Fri

**Experience Required**: Minimum 2 years in Real estate upselling Experience

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential clients in the UK to promote and upsell real estate properties.
- Understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable properties from our portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Provide accurate information about property specifications, pricing, and features.
- Address customer queries, objections, and concerns effectively.
- Schedule property viewings and follow up with clients post-viewing.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with client interactions and feedback.

**Key Skills & Requirements**
- **Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Telecalling and upselling.**:

- **Excellent communication skills in English** (verbal and written).
- Strong sales and persuasion skills with the ability to handle objections.
- Knowledge of the UK real estate market is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a UK time zone shift.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
