**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries related to Real Estate Agent Training.
- opportunities.
- Convert leads into admissions through effective follow-up and engagement.
- Maintain records of inquiries, leads, and admissions or tracking systems.
- Coordinate with training and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students.
- Meet monthly/quarterly admission and revenue targets.
- Organize and participate in seminars, events, and promotional activities to generate leads.
- Provide feedback from prospects and market trends to management for program improvement.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Marketing, Business, or related field).
- Fresher/Experience in sales, admissions, or counselling (preferably in education/training
- sector).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high volumes of inquiries with professionalism.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of real estate sector will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
