Freshers eligible for certain roles.

Minimum 6 months – 1 year sales/insurance experience required for specific roles.

*Communication Skills:* Proficiency in Hindi and English (role-specific).

Assessment: Versant Level 3 & 4 required for selected roles.

*Salary Details*

Freshers: ₹14,000 – ₹16,750 (Take Home)

Experienced (6 months+): ₹17,000 – ₹18,000 (Take Home)

Additional Incentives available for specific roles.

*Work Schedule*

Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Weekly Off: Rotational / Fixed (depending on role)

*Key Responsibilities*

Handle customer interactions in sales or support functions.

Achieve assigned targets and contribute to team performance.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Maintain professionalism and customer-first approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14, ₹18,000.00 per month
