Position: Talent Acquisition Associate

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing and Recruitment:

- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent using various

channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking events, and direct sourcing).
- Create compelling job advertisements and post them on relevant platforms.

Qualifications:

- Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role in a

recruitment agency (for experienced)
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with social media recruiting and job board platforms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rohini, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
