**Job Title: Tele caller Executive**

**Location: Agra**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Outbound/Inbound Calls: Make a high volume of calls to potential customers from provided leads to promote and sell the company's products/services.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through research and follow-up calls.
- Customer Interaction: Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing customers to foster trust and ensure long-term engagement.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products/services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
- Follow-up: Schedule and conduct follow-up calls to address customer inquiries, provide additional information, and close sales.
- Data Management: Accurately record customer information, feedback, and call outcomes in the CRM system.
- Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics.
- Feedback: Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs, issues, and trends.
- Compliance: Ensure all calls and sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: A bachelor's degree or Intermediate.
- Experience: Prior experience of 6 months in telemarketing, sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, friendly, and professional voice.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Sales Skills: Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Agra, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Front desk - Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
