We are hiring for a leading MNC company, based out in Chennai into education sector

**Role: Scrum Master**

**Experience: 5-10 yrs**

**Location: Chennai**

**Notice Period: Immediate joiners (Before 10th August)**

**Skills: Jira, Confluence**

**Requirements**:
**Must Have**:

- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Technical Background.
- Minimum 5 years of overall experience with Agile implementation/transformation for large clients.
- 2 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master with Agile processes and tools required; experience in Jira and Confluence preferred.
- First level Scrum Master certification (PSM I)
- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
- Previous experience as a developer, tech lead or test manger.
- Excellent collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills
- Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burn-down techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.

**Good To Have**:

- Second level Scrum Master certification (PSM II)
- SAFe Scrum Master /PMI-ACP certifications would be plus.
- Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
- Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team (Python/AWS/Cloud Computing)
- Proven servant leadership in Devops and Cloud based programs.
