Our Opening and Your Responsibilities **Role**: - Control overdue ageing of outstanding invoices. - Ensuring smooth inflow of cash within payment terms. - Sending reminders to customer to avoid payment delays. - Ensuring monthly progress by resolving substantial amount. - Meeting productivity and quality benchmark defined from time to time - Ensuring regular communication with Business Unit personnel to ensure issues are resolved immediately. - Ensuring deliverables as per agreed SLA's **Shift TImings**: - Shift time would be 5:30PM to 2:30AM - Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Fixed off) What You Need to Succeed **Education**: - HSC or Graduate **Skills**: - 3-4 years' experience into International customer service preferably into cash collections. - SAP knowledge will be preferred. - Telephonic skills should be excellent Our Offer to You - "One Team" that thrives on collaboration and innovation - Opportunities to work with Global teams - An open, fair and inclusive environment - Multitude of learning and growth opportunities - A brand name that is identified worldwide with precision, quality, and innovation.
