We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **QA Automation Engineer** to join our growing team in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in **Salesforce testing** and automation using **Playwright**. As part of a dynamic QA team, you will contribute to delivering high-quality software through the development and execution of automated test cases across web and Salesforce platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient automated test scripts using **Playwright**.-
- Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.- Identify, document, and track defects; assist developers in root cause analysis.- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices.- Ensure test automation frameworks are scalable, reusable, and aligned with industry standards.

**Qualifications**:
**Bachelor’s degree** in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.**4 to 9 years** of professional experience in QA and Test Automation.- Strong hands-on experience in **Playwright** for web automation (TypeScript or JavaScript preferred).-
- Sound understanding of **test case design**, test execution, and bug reporting.- Familiarity with source control and CI tools (e.g., Git, GitLab, Jenkins).- Experience in working within **Agile/Scrum** environments.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Experience with API testing tools such as **Postman** or **REST Assured**.

**Good to Have**:
- Knowledge of other automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, etc.).- ISTQB or similar QA certifications.
