**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Affiliate Program Management**:

- Recruit new affiliates, partners, and influencers to join the affiliate program.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates by providing ongoing support and assistance.
- Negotiate and structure affiliate deals, ensuring mutual profitability.
- **Campaign Execution**:

- Collaborate with affiliates to create and execute marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance data, ensuring targets are met.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics such as conversion rates, traffic, and ROI.
- **Performance Analysis**:

- Track, analyze, and report affiliate performance using various analytics tools.
- Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve results.
- **Marketing Collateral**:

- Ensure that all marketing materials are aligned with the brand’s guidelines.
- **Compliance & Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure affiliate practices comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Monitor affiliate traffic sources to detect any suspicious or fraudulent activity.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or partnerships.
- Strong understanding of affiliate platforms and tracking systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and affiliate management platforms.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working with influencer marketing platforms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,851.18 - ₹34,485.50 per month
