**Required Skill Set**:COBOL, JCL, CICS, SAS version 9.1, CA7, DB2 and/ or SQL, OtherMainframe Technologies & Tools**

**Must-Have**
- mainframe Development background in design, analysis and coding: SAS based on Z/OS platform, COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2 /SQL, CA7 as job scheduler.
- IT technical background & mainframe SAS programming experience is must.
- Experience in all components of software delivery with concentration in requirements, design and development.
- Quick starter to troubleshoot/resolve incidents and business support items
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working in a global environment
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to multi-task effectively

**Good-to-Have**
- Reporting Applications Migration experience from SAS to COBOL + CICS environment.
- Prioritize Business Impact and Urgency
- Ability to learn new technologies and methodologies quickly.
- Onsite offshore coordination
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization
