**WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THE POSITION**

Responsibilities And Duties
- Understanding the purpose of existence of the company - 20.95
- As part of Business Support services plan manage and execute matters and activities related HR,
- Accounts and Administration function, besides any other support service/operations.
- The person will coordinate and cooperate with other functions and ensure that the organization runs

smoothly and there are no obstacles from a routine operational perspective.
- The person will coordinate and communicate with vendors and customers for ancillary matters.
- Understanding and resolving issues and concerns with solution centric approach.

**Qualification and Skills required**

1. A promising young graduate in 25-30 years of age

2. Relevant higher education in Accounting, HR or Business Administration will be advantageous.

3. Around 3 - 5 years of prior experience in medium/small organization in Accounts/HR/Administration

function

4. Outgoing and interactive personality.

**Excellent Communication**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

**Location Preference**
- Preferably residing in Noida or nearby areas
