Operating on this platform leverage, the company then offers credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans and BNPL, sourced by its financial partners.

**About the role**:The Desktop Support comprises numerous areas including but not limited to: Desktop Support services, printing and scanning services. The Senior Desktop Support reports to Manager of Client Services.

**Expectations/ Requirements**
- Educational qualification: Any full time graduate.
- Desktop support Engineer with 1-4 years of experience Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot all windows Families (Wi 8/10). Familiar with Mac and Ubuntu OS. Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, laptop, and computer hardware. Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops and printers.
- Customize desktop hardware to meet user specifications and site standards. Performs work in compliance within specified warranty requirements.
- Working technical knowledge of current protocols, operating systems and standards. ITIL process Knowledge.
- Working knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP and remote control tools. Able to operate within customer standard operating procedures.
- Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs.
- Customer-oriented attitude. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Professional image and grooming. Self-confidence and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
