**What you will be doing**
- Manage internal and external recruitment for BPO support and lateral hiring.
- Guide hiring managers thru the interview, selection, reference, and offer stages.
- Maintain a focus on the marketplace and communicate market intelligence as appropriate.
- Protect company proprietary and confidential information.
**What you bring**:
- Must have at least 6+yrs of expertise in managing full life cycle recruiting and selection process.
- Prior experience in onboarding resources for super niche and legacy FIS skills and products like IST Switch, Systematics, Profile NA, MBP etc
- Experience working for Fintech industry is preferable.
- Strong in stakeholder management.
- Should have experience mentoring team members.
- Have worked on multiple sourcing channel like, job portals, social Media, LinkedIn and others.
